I love playing with Alien Skin Eye Candy - and I have had my eye on Blow Up for ages. I'm off to download a demo of Bokeh and have a play with it - I also have a 3,500 word essay to do, can you guess which is winning?

JP said...

HOLY COW! This is great. I love that you can get the look of an expensive lens using a point and shoot and this software. I also love the "toy" Vatican image! I'd love to apply that to some photos I took earlier this month. It was great to see it compared to effects in photoshop as well.

MrsW said...

I've even added you to Netvibes - how much do I like Alien Skin - want a babysitter???? I'll sell you my daughter.....

SKELLER said...

WOWZA!!!! I've had my eye on their Exposure (1, then 2) for the longest time. But Bokeh. Oh my. I'm lusting something fierce. This program does just exactly what I love that the 70-200mm lens does at 200mm (and I'll probably not ever buy the 70-200 due to $$ and size/heaviness). Yummy bokeh with a strong, standout subject. Just gorgeous.

Ok. 'nuff yammering. I've got to get in my 2nd "I subscribe" comment.... :-)

I'd love that Bokeh software. The exposure one looks cool too.

Wow that Bokeh software is amazing!!! It could totally make me rethink investing in a 70-200mm 2.8 lens and go with something cheaper with a smaller aperture if I can get the same results by using this software....OK, so that just really didn't help me with my lens decision I am trying to make at the moment.
