Week 42 - “Halloween Dress-Up” Winning Photos!

We really enjoyed welcoming Pete Lacker as our Guest Photographer Judge this week. Amy has known Pete for years and Angie can’t wait to meet him at the I Faces Photography Workshop in just a few more days!

The dress-up costumes this week were so funny, clever, unique and spectacular! Here are the photos that Pete chose as his favorites…

Pete wrote: What a great collection of images! I enjoyed looking and choosing several that I thought were fantastic.
This Little Red Riding Hood photo stood out on many levels. First the emotion and sheer delight of the kids makes me smile. But the use of color and scale really works to make this a great composition too. Congratulations on making such a wonderful picture.
The rest of my selections were chosen for their story telling, composition, lighting and emotion.
Great images from everyone! Thanks for letting me be a part of this week's challenge.
Best regards,
Pete

(One of our favorites from the special "Pets Dress-Up" category!)

Don't miss out - several of you were featured on our Facebook Fan Page as well!

Congrats to all of the Guest Photographer Judge's favorites and a huge THANK YOU to everyone who challenged themselves with this week's theme. You are an inspiration to us all! Please note that we leave the comments section closed on our "winners" post because we'd much rather that you go to each photographer's personal blogs to congratulate them there instead.

If you were one of the Top Ten winners or an “Angie & Amy Pick”, please be sure to go to this page to pick up the special button that you can display proudly on your blog or website. Congrats on entering such beautiful photos that fit this week’s theme!
